Terry towel refers to knitted fabric with one or both sides of the fabric covered by loops of yarn.

When the terry towel is woven, some yarn appears as a coil on the rest of the yarn in a certain proportion and stays on the surface of the fabric, that is, the terry towel. It can be divided into single side terry fabric and double side terry fabric.

  1. Single terry fabric refers to a knitted fabric with a loop of yarn standing on one side of the fabric.It is composed of a flat needle coil and a wool coil with an elongated settling arc. Single towel feel soft, with good extensibility, elasticity, wrinkle resistance, warmth and moisture absorption, often used to make long-sleeved shirts, short-sleeved shirts, suitable for late spring, early summer or early autumn season to wear, can also be used to sew pajamas.

Double-sided terry fabric refers to a knitted fabric with loops on both sides of the fabric, which is generally composed of a flat needle coil or a ribbed coil with an elongated settling arc. Double-sided terry cloth thick, soft wool, with good warmth and moisture absorption, one or both of its surface finishing, can improve the appearance of the product and wear performance.

Ⅲ. Jacquard terry cloth refers to the terry cloth covered on the surface of the fabric according to the pattern requirements, generally single-sided terry cloth. Jacquard terry cloth is generally used to make underwear, outerwear and ornaments.
