There are about four or five colors in this design, and the quantity is very small. If we use screen printing, the edition fee will be a lot of money, but the quantity is small. On average, each tea towel will be very expensive. But if we use digital printing, although the printing price is more expensive, on average, each tea towel will be cheaper, and the effect is almost the same. So I suggest that if there are more colors and less quantity, you can choose digital printing.
So the customer thinks our quality is good. He wants to order 50000 more for the same picture. At this time, I will suggest that customers use screen printing, because the quantity is large, the edition fee can be ignored, the printing cost will be much cheaper than digital printing, and the effect of screen printing is also very good.
So many times, although the choice of digital printing or screen printing is closely related to the complexity of the design itself, there are many times more to do with the color of the design itself and the number of orders.
